By accessing or using the Health On Cloud “SHA LMS” platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Before proceeding with registration or using the platform, please ensure you have reviewed the entire disclaimer.

By clicking “I ACCEPT” or completing the registration process, you explicitly agree to be bound by these terms and confirm that you understand the content and responsibilities outlined in this agreement, whether or not you have registered through Health On Cloud’s Smart Hospital Alliance Learning Management System (SHA LMS). If you do not agree to these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.

Health On Cloud’s Smart Hospital Alliance Learning Management System (SHA LMS) and all content within the SHA LMS are provided for educational, research, and reference purposes only. The SHA LMS is intended solely for use by properly trained and licensed physicians and healthcare providers. It is not designed to replace or substitute clinical judgment by a qualified healthcare professional. The SHA LMS does not offer medical advice, and nothing contained within it is intended to constitute professional advice for medical diagnosis or treatment.

The practice of medicine involves synthesizing information from multiple sources. All medical decisions, diagnoses, treatments, or care plans resulting from the use of the SHA LMS platform or its documentation are strictly the responsibility of the individual healthcare providers and/or licensees. It is your responsibility to verify all diagnoses, indications, contraindications, and dosages of any prescribed treatments.

Health On Cloud Ltd, Health On Cloud UK Ltd, Health On Cloud Production Ltd (collectively, “the Companies”), and the Smart Hospital Alliance (including all partnering healthcare and educational institutions, collectively “the Alliance”) accept no responsibility for the effectiveness or appropriateness of any treatment or procedure based wholly or partially on the SHA LMS platform. While we take care to ensure the accuracy of the information, the Companies, the Alliance, their authors, and agents are not liable for any errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or consequences arising therefrom.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The SHA LMS platform and its content are provided “as is.” The Companies and the Alliance make no warranties regarding the suitability of any products or services available through the platform for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee the timeliness, accuracy, completeness, or validity of the content and disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Medical information changes rapidly, and while we may update the SHA LMS content, some information may become outdated or contain errors. Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties, so these exclusions may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

Your use of the SHA LMS platform is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Companies, the Alliance, or any of their agents, officers, employees, contractors, authors, or employers be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use the platform. This includes personal injury or death, loss of data, revenue, business information, property, and legal fees, among other types of damages.

If you are dissatisfied with the SHA LMS platform, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the platform.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Companies, the Alliance, their officers, directors, agents, employees, contractors, and representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, including any violations of third-party rights or any unlawful actions by you.

Data Privacy

Your use of the platform may involve the collection of personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how your data is handled.
